With the high development of network technology, the application of psychology file system of psychological health education in primary and secondary schools is gradually increasing.However, the research and development of primary and secondary schools psychological file system is lack of certain standards and evaluation system. Whether the file system can adapt to the practical needs of primary and secondary schools is an important evaluation standard.This article, by means of depth interviews, document study, system comparison, summarizes the confusion, contradictions and problems encountered in the development of primary and secondary students at this stage, analyzes the using requirements of competent education departments and schools at all levels related to application psychological file systems, which aims to be a good user study for building a regional primary and secondary schools'psychological file system.This research, by means of logging in to every psychological file system as administrator,teacher,student respectively, makes a depth comparison analysis and conduct a qualitative evaluation on function realization,usability,user-defined,scale reliability and validity,norm etc. According to the user demand of the system and application status of file system, we come up with a construction and layered management mode for regional primary and secondary schools' psychological file system. This model overcome the existing software fragmented, mutually exclusive shortcomings, is expected to achieve continuous record function on students' psychological files and meet the requirement for the law of students'psychological development. Taking the provincial competent education department as system platform, therefore regional education bureau, schools will not need hardware input, only need to be incorporated into this system platform, and then they can construct psychological file systems of their own. This will solve many schools'lack of psychological file system problem caused by funding problems to a certain extent.The realizability functions of this system:(1) Provide a system platform which can meet students' actual needs. Regional primary and secondary schools'psychological file system based on local area, taking local schools'actual need and students'psychological characteristics as its starting point, research and develop psychological file system software which is appropriate for regional characteristics.(2) All schools under this area will be integrated into this platform, and then establish networking pattern, which can realize the exchange and transfer of students' psychological files by means of the data change, and finally realize the continuous record and save of psychological files.(3) Realize layer-management mode. Setting different permissions according to province, city and county, different permission units'visit scope and content will differ from others. Through this way, we can realize the data confidentiality and layered management mode.(4) Data resource sharing. Provide abundant psychological health education research materials under this unified platform, and realize resources sharing/ exchange and cooperation between subsystems. |
