Poetic Drama of "Brand"and"Peer Gynt " are Ibsen's early representative works, marking the peak of his early works. These two plays, either from the characters shaped by, the outcome of the characters or the theme of the highlight areas, have alooming, or contrast, or correspondence.This article from the Christian ethics, and ethical point of view of Literature exploringthese two drama, and contradictions implicit relationship between the creation of the contradictions Ibsen explained further exploration because of thinking. This article is divided into three chapters, the first two chapters focuses on the characters in conflict of "Brand" and"Peer Gynt", and the contradictory themes of the play of "Peer gynt". Series of contradictory characters is classified as three images, the mothers of contradictions,Contradictory lovers and protagonists. The conflict theme of "peer gynt" highlighting is that human nature is always full of good deeds and to the evil of the twotension, which is also in these two contradictory forces in the struggle. However, the cause of origin of the power of sin in the end must be destructed.Through the analysis of these two drama, I think that Ibsen's Contradictions mainly in the following four aspects:First, a combination of cold and mercy. Second, the defenders of traditional ethics and modern spirit of the rebels. Third, to promote Christianity and negative. Fourth, the self-affirmation and selfdoubt co-exist.Contradictory ideas for exploration by Ibsen,mainly summarized into twoaspects:The first is a lonely way of life. Second, the impact of Kierkegaard-style ego attitude and question everything. Finally, in contradiction to construct Ibsenism thoughts, attempts to introduce new content of Ibsenism:Meaning that the essence of Ibsen in the self-doubt and self-esteem during the fight, and explore how to achieve self-deter-mination.
