The Study Of Language Of Network-based News Titles

With the development of technology of network, network-based news media has become 'a new way to spread information and is loved by more and more people. In times of thick-newspaper, social life and life pace become faster, so people hope to get more information through reading the titles of news. The language of title plays an important role in attracting people's interest in reading news. Therefore, this thesis investigates all the news titles in Sohu, China News, North-east News, discusses the language features and styles and analyzes the social cultural psychology behind them.By analyzing the language of lots of network-based news titles, this thesis draws a conclusion of language features and styles, and gives a statistics of language trends for civilians, entertainment and life. This thesis, then, based on social cultural psychology, together with language features and styles, shows an overall view of current network-based language. At last, this thesis provides theoretical evidence for fabrication regulations of network-based news language, hoping to provide a little help to the study of language of network-based news titles.
