With the development of economics, aggravation of society competition and the elevation of living standards, health problem has been a well-concerning focus. Establishing the health concept, understanding the health status of residents and exploring its influencing factors were particularly important for promoting living conditions, health status and social harmony.Daqing was a city with petrochemical industry as the main industry. The rapid economics and society development provided the foundation of good living and health. In recent years, it has been found that some subhealth status such as insomnia, pain on neck, shoulder and backside showed a high incidence rate; some particular population's health was serious. Further work was needed to improve health status of residents.ObjectivesTo make the hold of residents'health status of Honggang, find out the main health problems, explore the risk factors of health, the study was carried out. The study can guide the health education and health promotion, instruct the residents rational community health resources, advocate a scientific life-style, prevent and control the occurrence and epidemic of chronic diseases and improve the health level The ultimate purpose was to provide scientific basics for health decision-making and rational health resources-allocation.MethodsThe Heath status Questionnaire which printed unifiedly by Heilongjiang Health Department was used in the study. Three communities were sampled, with 4264 cases. Demography characteristics, past medical history, discomfort, noninfectious chronic disease, self-care status, health-related behaviors, and parents'diseases were studied in the research.Epidata 3.0 and SPSS13.0 software were used to perform analysis. Mean and standard deviance was used to describe continuous variables. Rate and ratio were used to describe categorical data. T test or Rank test was used to test the differences of continuous variables between case and control.χ2 test was used to test the differences of categorical data between different groups.χ2 test was used for univariate analysis. The multivariable non-conditional logistic regression model was used for the multivariate analysis.Results1. 4264 samples were investigated. The essential characteristics of objectives included the following aspects: The age varied from 1 to 90, with the average of 43.2±16.4; middle-aged was the most and the 60~age-group had the constituent ratio of 17.4%; Most of them were highly educated, about 59.7 % were high middle or above; Among residents above 15 year old, Most was married(80.2%);Han was the main nationality(92.2%). About 50% people were from other provinces; 75.4% samples took medical insurance as the main medical expenses resources; the average BMI of male and female was 23.7 and 22.9 respectively; according to the BMI value, 55.6% people was normal, while 34.3% was over-weight. The differences in educational degree, marital status, nationality, height, weight and were found between female and male.2. Among residents above 15 year old, the surgery and injury history showed a high rate. Ulcerative diseases, allergic disease, hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis were the main kinds of history. Vs female, the surgery rate was lower, but incidence rate of hepatitis was higher.3. Among residents above 15 year old, 1789 samples behaved some uncomfortable recently, with the rate of 43.8%. Insomnia, headache, dizzy, waist-ache and stomach-ache showed a high proportion.4. Among residents above 15 year old, 22.5% samples were with one or more diseases, including hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, tumor and glaucoma. Hypertension showed a highest incidence rate (18.8%). Hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease were the main kinds of chronic disease.5. Among residents above 15 year old, 99.6% of people can cope at home; and the difference was not found between male and female.6. Among residents above 15 year old, The dietary habits of residents showed as follows: vegetables showed a highest rate (66.6%); the proportion of fruit, salty-food, vegetarian-food, sweet, flesh-food, peppery-food and hot-food was 47.0%, 40.5%, 40.0%, 36.4%, 35.6%, 33.6% and 28.8% respectively. A significant difference between male and female was found in each dietary habit (P<0.05).7. Among residents above 15 year old, The total smoking, drinking and physical exercise rate was 18.5 %, 19.6% and 41.8% respectively; compared to females, males showed a higher smoking and drinking rate, but a lower physical exercise rate.8. Among residents above 15 year old, The proportion of people whose father had one or more diseases was17.3%; and the proportion of people whose mother had one or more diseases was 13.7%. Hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease were the main kinds of chronic disease struck by parents.9. Among residents above 15 year old, The primary influencing factors for health is educational degree, uncomfortable history, parents'health status, smoking, drinking, BMI and age. Except for high educational degree as a protect factor, others were the risk factors.Conclusions1. Among residents above 15 year old, the surgery and injury history showed a high rate. Ulcerative diseases, allergic disease, hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis were the main kinds of history. Vs female, the surgery rate was lower, but hepatitis incidence rate was higher.2. Among residents above 15 year old, insomnia, headache and dizzy were the primary uncomfortable symptoms.3. The total rate of chronic disease was 21.3% among residents above 15 year old,; hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease ranked top three. 4. Among residents above 15 year old, the dietary habits of residents showed a highest rate of vegetables. The total smoking, drinking and physical exercise rate was 18.5 %, 19.6% and 41.8% respectively. A significant difference between male and female was found in each dietary habit (P<0.05). Compared to females, males showed a higher smoking and drinking rate, but a lower physical exercise rate.5. Hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease were the main kinds of chronic disease struck by parents.6. Except for high educational degree as a protect factor, uncomfortable history, parents'health status, smoking, drinking, high BMI and age were the risk factors.
