BackgroundWith the reform from the concept to the Constitution in Chinese medical and health and the improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to their physical and mental health.Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of diseases has become the consensus, which is an urgent need to understand the health status and health service needs through social surveys,in order to meet people's health needs and to achieve development goals of "minor illness in the community, disease prevention in the community, health in the community".Health status refers to the overall health of the residents, which can be reflected by a number of indicators.Through the understanding of the health status of residents,we can know the health status of the residents in a region. The Ministry of Health announced that the two-week prevalence and chronic disease prevalence reflect the health status of residents in the second national health service survey. Also The Ministry of Health announced that self-evaluated health status reflects the residents health status and health service needs in the third national health service survey. Therefore, the two-week prevalence, the chronic diseases prevalence and the self-rated health status were the main indicators of health status [2].ObjectiveTaking the questionnaire survey to confirm the general information, lifestyle and behavior, past illness and the current health status of residents in Yuetan area,so as to understand the basic health status of residents and their influencing factors. It will be good for the development of health services, finding the possible causes andinfluencing factors of major health problems, identifing the key intervention groups and to provide baseline data for the implementation of graded clinics in Yuetan area.Results1?The result of the two-week prevalence of residents in Yuetan community is4.9% and the single factor test showed its influencing factors are gender, age, education level, marital status, occupation, physical exercise,BMI and medical security, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While the difference of smoking, drinking and cooking methods was not statistically significan(P>0.05)t.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women and senior citizens were risk factors for the two-week prevalence of residents in Yuetan area.2?The chronic diseases prevalence of residents(?15 years)in Yuetan area was36.4%,which was close to the fifth national health service survey in 2013 which chronic diseases prevalence was 36.7%.The single factor test showed the influencing factors of the chronic diseases are gender, age, education level, marital status, occupation, drinking, physical exercise,BMI and medical security, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The factors that affected the chronic diseases prevalence were sex, age, educational level, marital status, occupation, drinking, physical exercise,BMI,medical insurance and cooking methods and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),while the difference was not statistically significant in smoking(P> 0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women, old age,low education level, retired, drinking and obesity were the main risk factors for chronic diseases in residents of Yuetan area. The favorite steamed diet was the protective factor of chronic diseases in Yuetan area.3?The diseases with top ten prevalence were hypertension(21.5%),osteoporosis(17.1%),hyperlipidemia(10.1%),diabetes(8.2%),CHD(7.1%),chronicosteoarthritis(6.2%),cancer(2.3%),chronic bronchitis(2.3%),stroke(1.9%),COPD(1.8%).4?In totally,58.7% of the residents(?15 years old)evaluated their health being either very good or good,37.2% as general, and only 4.1% as poor or very poor in Yuetan community. All the results were better than the results(57.5%?36.2%?6.3%)of seIf-evaluated health status among Chinese adults in 2010.The single factor test showed the influencing factors of self-evaluated health status of residents for gender, age, educational level, marital status, occupation, physical exercise,BMI,medical insurance and cooking methods, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while smoking and alcohol consumption were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the young, high education, married, normal weight, detached / retired more likely to evaluate their health status "very good / good." Women, young, highly educated, married, widowed and retirement are more likely to evaluate your health as "general" Conclusion1?We should pay more attention to health status of women, the elderly, low education, divorce widowed, retired in Yuetan area,to reduce the two-week prevalence, and improve the health of residents comprehensively.2?The main chronic diseases in Yuetan community are high blood pressure, osteoporosis and hyperlipidemia. We not only focus our attention to the women, the elderly and obese people, but also expand the scope to the young to prevent and control the diseases in advance.Guide residents to cultivate a correct and positive lifestyle, improve residents' awareness to prevent and control diseases.3?In the chronic disease survey, doctors not only pay attention to high blood pressure, coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases, but also should payattention to the occurrence of osteoporosis.Enhance the residents' awareness of osteoporosis,do early prevention.4?Emphasis on health status of the old,low education, unmarried, retired, the non physical exercised,two-week and chronic diseases patients, increase health education and intervention efforts, induce residents to have a healthy lifestyle.
