Objective: TFCW has been confirmed with anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant and anti- atherosclerosis effects in the pre-research of our group, it is speculated that the result may be related to the active metabolites of zymocyte, such as biologically active peptide. Therefore, zymocyte was isolated and identificated. This will provide a basis for the research of mechanism of action of the active metabolites of zymocyte. Methods:TFCW samples were collected from Altay in XinJiang.Zymocyte was isolated from TFCW by using selective media, then they were identified in traditional method and gene sequencing analysis. The traditional method contain morphological and biochemical approach. Results: The result showed that the selected zymocyte stains from TFCW belonged to lactic acid bacteria and yeast.Lactic acid bacteria includ 6 strains of Lactobacillus,.respectively:Lactobacillus brevis,Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus.helveticus,Lactobacillus kefianofaciens, Lac- tobacillus casei,Lactobacillus farciminis and 1brains of Lactococcus which is Lactococcus lactic.Yeast includ 2 strains,.respectively: Saccharomyces unisporus and Issatchenkia orientalis, and they belonged to Saccharomyces and Issatchenkia. Conclusion:The anti- atherosclerosis and anti-oxidant effects of TFCW confirmed in our pre-experiments are related to zymocyte species and the active metabolites of zymocyte. active metabolites may be ACE inhibitory peptides and anti-oxidant peptides and so on..
