The Clinical Research Of The Xu-zao-geng-ping Decoction To Trentment Female Climacteric Hypertension

Objective: To observe the effect of the xu-zao-geng-ping Decoction on the quality of females'life and all the females with climacteric hypertension,providing the clinical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine to trentment female climacteric hypertensive .Methods: 96 patients with female climacteric hypertension were choose from hypertension outpatient clinics and ward in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region between July 2008 and October 2009, the Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao group was divided into 50 treatment group and 46 control group .To judge the score of the quality of life and TCM syndrome respectively before and after treatment, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM).Results: Compared with the control group, the score of physiological status, somatization symptoms, sexual dysfunction, sleep and other state points in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), while forcing the state points did not have statistically significant (P>0.05); the score of bake thermal sweating,irritability,dizziness,dry mouth,insomnia,palpitations and other symptoms of points significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), but the tinnitus syndrome no statistically significant (P>0.05), traditional Chinese medicine syndromes efficacy of the total effective rate higher than the control group (P<0.05);In addition to 24hDSD treatment group, the variability of other time ambulatory blood pressure were reduced (P<0.05), the mean blood pressure surgeries decreased, but no statistical significance (P>0.05), the total effect of blood pressure variability of treatment group higher than the control group (P<0.05);(2) The sub-group analysis:â‘ First grade hypertension of treatment group compared with control group, physiological status, somatization symptoms, sleep and other state points was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); TCM syndrome score of hot sweating , irritability, insomnia, palpitations, hand or foot hot significantly lower (P<0.05); the variability of ambulatory blood pressure in different time were reduced (P<0.05); the blood pressure of surgeries have no significant change (P>0.05).â‘¡Second grade hypertension of treatment group compared with control group, physiological status, somatization symptoms, sexual dysfunction, sleep and other symptom score was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); TCM syndrome score of hot sweating, irritability , dizziness and other symptoms significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the variability of ambulatory blood pressure at other time were reduced in the treatment group except 24h DSD(P<0.05), the blood pressure of surgeries have no significant change (P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of xu-zao-geng-ping Decoction in the treatment of female climacteric hypertension , can boost the quality of life, while can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and also may reduce the variability of the blood pressure.
