Objective: To observe effect of Electro-acupuncture and tian-moxibustion on ET-1,TXB2,6-keto-PGF1 of pre-thrombosis states. Methods: fourty rats were randomly divided into control group, model group,electro-acupuncture group and Tian-moxibustion group. Electro-acupuncture group and Tian-moxibustion group were treated for three weeks. After three weeks, besides control group, any other groups were made animal model of pre-thrombosis states which were established by injecting adrenaline together with cold water. Eighteen hours later, extracted mice blood from the vascular of Abdomen which were degraded with LXJ-II In time. And the blood Plasma preserved at﹣20℃. Results: Electro-acupuncture and Tian-moxibustion can lower the content of ET-1,TXB2 and improved the content of 6-keto-PGF1. The comparison of ET-1,TXB2 in serum: the content of ET-1,TXB2 were obviously higher in model control group than in Electro-acupuncture group and Tian-moxibustion group and normal control group (P<0.05); the content of 6-keto-PGF1a were obviously lower in model control group than in Electro-acupuncture group and Tian-moxibustion group and normal control group (P<0.05); There was insignificant difference between Electro-acupuncture goup and Tian-moxibustion group (P>0.05). Conclusions: Electro-acupuncture and tian- moxibustion stimulated Zu San Li,Pi Shu,Ge Shu,San Ying Jiao of rats, which should be effective to protect and treat the pre-thrombosis states.
