| The paper discusses in two parts:the reviews of the documents andthe experience analysis.There are two review articles. The first one named " tradional Chinese medicine for ashma " is about recalling the understanding and the clinical treatment methods of ancient doctors, including the name of the diseases, the cause of diseases, pathological mechanism, treatment and careness etc. The second one named "the domestic modern research overview about acupuncture and moxibustion". It expounds the current situation on the domestic acupuncture and moxibustion, Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ashma. The methods of treating ashma by acupuncture and moxibustion are various, simple and effective. The effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ashma is certain. The treatment of ashma by acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine is a great supplement to the ancient methods.The experience part is focus on Professor Tian's special treatment for ashma.
