| Objective:To observe the difference of curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with ginger partition moxibustion on the basis of western medicine and western medicine alone in the treatment of sudden deafness,At the same time,To observe the relationship between different hearing loss grades,hearing curve and curative effect under two treatment methods.Methods:Sixty patients with sudden deafness who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,The treatment group was treated with western medicine plus electro-acupuncture combined with ginger-separated moxibustion,The control group was treated with western medicine alone。One period of treatment is 10 days,After one course of treatment,To observe the results of pure tone audiometry bef-ore and after treatment,Evaluation of the difference in the average auditory threshold and effect of tinnitus between the two groups。To observe the relationship between different hearing loss grading and auditory curve and curative effect.All the data were analyzed by the SPSS 22.0 software.Results:1.The average auditory threshold was lower in both groups after treatment than before treatment.The differences were statistically significant both within and between groups(p<0.01);2.The total effective rate of hearing recovery in the treatment group was 72%and that in the control group was 54%.There was significant difference in the total effective rate of hearing recovery between the two groups(p<0.01);3.The total effective rate of tinnitus recovery was 66.66%in the treatment group and 45.16%in the control group.There was significant difference in the total effective rate of tinnitus recovery between the two groups(p<0.05);4.Comparison among groups:There was no significant difference in the effective rate of light,moderate,moderate and severe deafness between groups(p>0.05).There was a significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups in severe and extremely severe deafness(p<0.01);5.When the auditory curve shows low frequency,high frequency decrease and flat descent,There was no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups(p>0.05).When the auditory curve shows full deafness.There was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.only drug therapy and electro-acupuncture combined with ginger partition moxibustion on the basis of drug therapy were significant effects on the recovery of hearing and tinnitus of sudden deafness.But the effect of the latter is better than that of the former;2.When hearing loss is graded as light,moderate or moderate and severe deafness,There was no significant difference between the two treatments;3.When hearing loss is graded as severe or extremely severe deafness,the treatment group is more effective.When the auditory curve shows low frequency,high frequency decrease or flat descent,There was no significant difference between the two treatments.When the auditory curve shows full deafness,the treatment group is more effective. |
