The Clinical Research Of Electro-Acupuncture On Nao Hui And Tian Jing Treating Stroke Spastic Paralysis (Upper Limbs)

Purpose:Observe the clinical effect of electric acupuncture on Nao Hui and Tian Jing treating stroke spastic paralysis,provide effective treatment method for treating stroke spastic paralysis.Methods:This study selected 60 patients with stroke. Randomly divided into electric acupuncture on naohui and tianjing treatment group and control group of traditional acupuncture,30 cases of patients in each group.Before and after the treatment of improved Ashworth rating scale and Brunnstrom classification,ability of daily life activity (ADL),Meyer Fugl-movement function score (upper limbs) and TCM symptoms score grading quantization as observe Clinical indicators to determine the clinical effect.Results:1.Electric acupuncture on naohui and tianjing treatment group and traditional acupuncture treatment could significantly improve the clinical symptoms quantitative grading score,modified Ashworth scale score,Brunnstrom grading,ADL score, Fugl-Meyer motor scores (upper limbs).Both groups had significant differences (P<0.05).2.TCM symptoms score grading quantization before treatment quantitative grading score between the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05),after treatment between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05).3.Modified Ashworth scale score before treatment,Brunnstrom grading between the two groups was no significant difference(P> 0.05);after treatment between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05).4.ADL score before treatment score,Fugl-Meyer motor scores (upper limbs) between the two groups was no significant difference (P>0.05);after treatment between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05).5.After treatment,the overall efficiency,the treatment group was 96%,57%. in the control group.Conclusion:Electric acupuncture on naohui and tianjing treatment group and traditional acupuncture treatment can improve both upper limbs spasticity after stroke in patients with clinical symptoms,spasticity,paralysis grading,activities of daily living and upper extremity motor function;electric acupuncture on naohui and tianjing treatment was significantly superior in traditional acupuncture.
