The Clinical Study Of Kang Jiu Jing Gan Fang Decoction Combined With Tiopronin In Treating The Type Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi And Damp With Blood Stasis Alcoholic Liver Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of using the Kang jiu jin gan fang decoction combined with Tiopronin in treating the type of Stagnation of liver-qi and damp with blood stasis alcoholic liver disease, then to explore the mechanism and efficacy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ALD, so as to evaluate the clinical value of this treatment method, then to provide a scientific basis.Methods:Selecting the type of Stagnation of liver-qi and damp with blood stasis alcoholic liver disease60cases, randomly divided into the treatment group of30cases,30cases of the control group. The control group was given of tiopronin tablets for oral administration,0.1gram,3times a day; the treatment group based on the administration of the Kang jiu jin gan fang decoction treatment,3times a day, each time150ml, taking1hour before each meal. For a8weeks of a course, after the treatment, two groups were observed before and after treatment the symptoms, liver function, the changes of TG and TC, observed as adverse reactions to drugs, and make an evaluation.Results:(1) clinical effect:treatment group total effective rate was86.67%; the control group was76.67%, comprehensive therapeutic effect compared to have the remarkable difference (P<0.05);(2) two groups single symptom integral comparison, after the treatment, symptoms were improved, and the curative effect in treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05), especially the jaundice, nausea and vomiting symptoms improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.01); two groups of liver function, blood lipids, two groups after the treatment, symptoms were improved, and the curative effect in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05), especially ALT, GGTand TBIL improves significantly better than the control group (P<0.01); on TG, two groups after the treatment, symptoms were improved, while the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01);(3) the treatment in the two groups:safety assessment of blood, urine, stool, electrocardiogram, B ultrasound, renal function were not obvious changes, prompt treatment group and control group had no obvious toxic side effect.Conclusion:the using of the Kang jiu jin gan fang decoction combined with Tiopronin in treating the type of Stagnation of liver-qi and damp with blood stasis alcohol liver disease,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the effective recovery of liver function, the decrease of TG, the reduce of disease severity, delaying the progression of the disease, and no obvious toxic side effect. Tips of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease has obvious advantages, further research and discussion of the value.
