| Objective:Observed the clinical effect of Tongfu Mixture time therapy combining with conventional western medicine treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with brain edema positive patients,for the purpose of providing clinical basis and developing new ideas for the Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:99 eligible patients were randomly divided into three groups:30 cases of conventional Western medicine treatment group,32 cases of Tongfu mixture with Chenshi(7:00～9:00) therapy group and 37 cases of Youshi (17:00～19:00) therapy. Compared with the disturbance factor,hematoma absorption rate,mean arterail pressure after 14 days treatment.Meanwhile observe the clinical effect of neurological deficits points before and after the therapy.Results:In the clinical study, hematoma and edema absorption of the brain, disturbance factors, neurological deficit score, sickness intergration of Chinese medicine and Clinical efficacy, had shown that, Tongfu Mixture chenshi treatment group compared with the others showing statiscally significant (P<0.05),which indicating remarkable curative effect.There were no between Tongfu Mixture Youshi treatment group and control group (P>0.05). Although compared with each group of MAP (P>0.05),the line chart analysis showed that Tongfu Mixture chenshi treatment group smooth antihypertensive effect.There are two cases of kidney dysfuction in the control group,but no obvious abnormalities in other groups.Conclusion:In summary,the clinical trial proved significant clinical effect of Tongfu Mixture Chenshi treatment group,which contributed significantly to the absorption of intracranial hematoma,reducing brain edema, improving neurological function and notably reducing mortality and morbidity of the disease, and may have regulated pressure, kidney protection function and so on.The clinical observation of Chinese medicine treatment for the disease provided a new way of thanking and clinical basis.
