Study On The Treatment Of Grass-Roots Troops Of East Henan

Since 2008 February, considering the current conditions of the health service in our Army, the Central Committee of Party and the Central Martial of Army put forward the highest request, namely"BEING A SOLDIER, ARMY IS YOUR FAMILY", to every health department of each branch. Each Army hospital has to view the improvement of officials and soldiers'health and ensuring"EVERY VICTORY"as the essential target in performing and carrying out the current historical tasks during the new century. The Army hospital should also think about the questions like why it exist, how to develop, whom it should be for and etc. It will not only directly affect the health of our officials and soldiers, but also deeply affects our Army's agglomeration and battle effectiveness. It is not only a key factor to commence the new phase of our National Defense and Army, but also an important political item to stabilize the soldiers'minds and encourage their morale. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the hospital has too much to do with the satisfaction on the medical service by the sick. The attitudes of Grass-roots troops and the old cadres to the hospital reflects their real experience of receiving the medical service, expresses their admission at the management, service attitude, their skills and the service quality, which really is a mirror to improve our hospital's service.Therefore, as a hospital how to serve our Army better should be further studied. This paper investigates and studies the ongoing treatments by referring to some literature search and some questionnaires, systematically analyses the relevant policies, attitudes, experience and effectiveness, sums up the experience and the existing problems, and comes to the relevant improving measures, which provides the scientific proof to improve the treatment to the serviceman constantly.By contacting the relevant department of our hospital, getting to know the current regulations and concrete deeds, collecting the relevant documents and information and notice, analyzing the ongoing treatments, this paper concludes some experience, effectiveness and the idea of further development and measures, which can be the further experience and lessons to some other sections, too.
