Yiqi-huoxue Fomula To Improve Gastric Protection Factor And Prevent Acute Gastric Mucosal Lesions From NSAIDs In Clinical Observation

Object:Study the Preventive effect of Yiqi-huoxue Formula to the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug gastropathy. Observed Yiqi-huoxue Formula on heat shock protein 70(HSP70), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)'s role, and research the possible mechanisms and targets of Yiqi-huoxue formula about the prevention of adverse reactions caused by NSAIDsMethods:A randomized, parallel drug controlled trial was conducted in 34 patients who used NSIADs for 15 days.17 patients were divided into the treatment group and the others into control group randomly. The treatment group was given the decoction of Yiqi-huoxue formula while the control group used blank control. Yiqi-huoxue Formula was evaluated through the preventive effect of Incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions. HSP70,CGRP were tested before and after the treatment, and discussed the possible mechanisms of Yiqi-huoxue formula about the prevention of adverse reactions caused by NSAIDs.Results:The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly less than the control group after treatment. The level of HSP70 and CGRP in the treatment group was significantly increased after treatment. The level of HSP70 and CGRP in the control group was no significant difference.Conclusion:Yiqi-huoxue Formula on the gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by NSAIDs had a good preventive effect. The mechanism may be related to HSP70 and CGRP levels increased which can increase gastric mucosal protection and reduce gastric mucosal damage.
