Yiqi-huoxue Formula Which Can Effect SOD And MDA Of The Patients That Suffering Gastric Mucosa Damage Induced By NSAIDs

Objective:Observe the effect of Yiqi-huoxue Formula to prevent gastric mucosa damage induced by NSAIDs.By observe the effect of Yiqi-huoxue Formula to SOD(Super Oxide Dismutese) and MDA (malondialdehyde) of serum,investigate the possible mechanism and the role of traditional Chinese medicine which can prevent the gastric mucosa damage induced by NSAIDs,and than contribute to a better prevention of it.Methods:The 36 cases of patients who taking NSAIDs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average,and select 18 cases of normal group randomly.The treatment group were treated with Yiqi-huoxue Formula+NSAIDs (Meloxicam 7.5mg-15mg)(1-2#qd), and the control group with NSAIDs only.Take 15 days for a course of treatment. NSAIDs and traditional Chinese medicine for treatment groups both are taking 15 days.Before and after treatment the patients were observed for clinical symptoms and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.All the three groups were detected the SOD and the MDA of the serum.Take fecal occult blood test after 7 days and if adverse reactions occur.Take gastroscopy if adverse reactions occur in the course of treatment.Results:Quantify the gastric mucosal damage symptom rating score:after treatment the quantify symptom rating score of the control group become worse,and the treatment group was significantly improved. After treatment group using Yiqi-huoxue Formula,the expression of SOD increased and the expression of MDA reduced.The SOD expression level of the treatment group is higher than the control group,and the MDA expression level is lower than the control group. There is significant correlation above all the difference.Conclusion:The oxygen free radical damage is the important mechanism of gastric mucosa damage induced by NSAIDs.Yiqi-huoxue Formula can protect against free radical damage to gastric mucosa,thus preventing the occurrence of gastric mucosa damage induced by NSAIDs.Yiqi-huoxue Formula by promoting the expression of SOD to eliminate oxygen free radicals,and reduce the expression of MDA,so that the body free from the free radical damage thus preventing the occurrence of gastric mucosa damage induced by NSAIDs.Significance:By observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine which can prevent gastric mucosa damage induced by NSAIDs, and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine to the SOD and the MDA, explore the possible mechanism and the role of Yiqi-huoxue Formula.Provide new research direction and ideas for the prevention and treatment of gastric mucosa damage induced by NSAIDs.
