| ObjectiveClinical research, on the stasis of colonic perfusion Xiaozheng agent treatment endometriosis (including adenomyosis) the efficacy of pelvic pain and pelvic vein blood flow changes in the situation assessment of colonic perfusion agent stasis Xiaozheng law mechanism.MethodsPart I:The standard of 45 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups, of which 15 cases treated to eliminate disease agents stasis colon infusion; control section①15 cases, Neiyiting perfusion of traditional Chinese medicine in oral treatment; control section②15 cases, colon infusion treatment with oral medicine. Observed during the treatment of patients with pelvic pain and systemic symptoms, CA125, while B through vaginal ultrasound examination to observe the pelvic venous plexus, venous diameter and venous flow changes. In addition, the selected non-endometriosis patients with and without organic disease,20 cases were observed in patients with endometriosis and pelvic blood flow differences. All information to SPSS 17.0 statistical software to establish a database to analyze statistical significance.Results(A) of the treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.7%, control①the clinical total effective rate was 73.3%, control②the clinical total effective rate was 93.3%, the three groups, P>0.05, not significant. Three groups of dysmenorrhea integral, pain points was decreased obviously, P< 0.01, significant differences, In treatment group and control group①(P< 0.05), and the control groups (P< 0.05) was statistically significant, and compared with the treatment group and control group②(P> 0.05), no significant differences; that shows a simple enema can also play a very good analgesic effect.(B) treatment group on TCM clinical total effective rate was 86.7%, control group, the total effective rate was 80.0%, control②the clinical total effective rate was 93.3%. control②group compared with the other two groups, significantly reduced clinical symptoms points, P<0.05, statistically significant.(C) Three groups of CA125 levels drop, but before and after treatment were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Three groups of uterus size and gland fibroids size, narrowed, before and after treatment were no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05); In treatment group and control group②, ovarian cyst decreased; control group①, ovarian cyst is increasing trend, but were not statistically significant (P> 0.05), the treatment group and contro②, was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).(D) In treatment group and control group②, pelvic bilateral vein plexus narrowed scope, but compared with before treatment groups, no statistically significant difference, P> 0.05; the difference between the way is no statistically significant,P> 0.05; Three groups of venous diameter, vein flow have no significant changes before and after treatment. The left inside vein in treatment group, and widened diameter before treatment compared with significant difference, P < 0.05, and control group①and control group②treated without apparent diameter and change, P> 0.05, After the treatment control group①right iliac inside vein velocity slows, P< 0.05, there is significant difference, control group②the right iliac inside vein flow increases quickly, groups are compared, significantly (P< 0.05, Treatment within the group velocity before and after treatment iliac veins no significant difference (P> 0.05). In the group, left, right vein plexus, intravenous diameter, velocity, vein inside diameter and iliac iliac vein inside vein flow no significant difference (P> 0.05).(E) Endometriosis group and the nonendometriosis group compared with, pelvic vein plexus expansion, P≤0.01, have extremely significant difference; the left inside vein inside have significant difference, P< 0.05; pelvic veins velocity no obvious difference, P> 0.05. Results show that: Endometriosis patients have signs of pelvic venous congestion, so the pelvic venous blood flow observed in this study as one of the indicators.ConclusionConsumer Blood perfusion treatment of colon disease agent endometriosis and adenomyosis by pelvic pain, through local agents, improve concentration, improve pelvic blood circulation, dissipate adhesions, pain relief, with good clinical effect, can improve the symptoms and improve quality of life, with no obvious side effects.
