Objective:To explore the correlation between lesion characteristics in patients with endometriosis and clinical symptoms. Methods:A clinical study was carried out in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,198 cases were diagnosed as endometriosis patients,to analyze the relationship between degree of pelvic adhesions, the location of pelvic adhesions, the depth of invasion and pelvic pain.86 cases of infertile patients were divided into 2 groups:43 cases in control group, laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment,43 cases in the observation group, periodic injection of leuprorel on the basis of the control group, postoperative follow-up of 1 years, compared two groups of patients with postoperative of pregnancy curative effect, postoperative life quality and estradiol(E2),carbohydrate antigen(CA125)level.Results:(1)With the increase of clinical stage, the incidence of pelvic adhesion increased significantly. The more severe pelvic adhesions are,the more obvious the symptoms of pelvic pain are,the difference was significant(?~2=66.87,P=0.000),and a remarkably positive correlation existed(r=0.436,P=0.000);(2)When the depth of invasion with focus was larger than5mm,the incidence of patients with dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, dyspareunia and dyschezia was significantly higher than the rate of<5mm,the differences were statistically significant(?~2 results are respectively57.452?15.161?16.495?23.454,P<0.01),and the positive correlation between the depth of invasion with focus and dysmenorrhea is significantly.(3)The efficiency, pregnancy rate and quality of life of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The control group and the observation group were respectively improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of pelvic adhesion and the depth of invasion in patients with endometriosis are closely related to pelvic pain and infertility;Through the standardized assessment of pelvic pain and a comprehensive description of the lesions of endometriosis,it is helpful to assess the condition of the disease.Through the decomposition of pelvic adhesion and postoperative with leuprorelin treatment,to a certain extent can reduce the recurrence rate, increase the pregnancy rate, relieving the symptoms of pain, and improve the quality of life of endometriosis.
