Objective: Observing the clinical effect of needle-knife on the treatment of patients with cervicogenic headache based on the theory of pain point.Evaluating the application of pain point theory to guide the value of needle knife in clinical application, promoting the diversification of needle-knife treatment theory, and also clinically for cervicogenic headache The treatment provides a more optimized approach. Methods: This study screened 60 patients with cervicogenic headache in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria, and randomly divided 60 patients into acupuncture group and acupuncture group(acupuncture treatment). In this paper,30 patients in each group, the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed, showing general baseline data(gender, age, disease duration, visual analogue scale, weekly headache index score, cervical dysfunction questionnaire score,There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores(with total symptom scores)(P>0.05),which was comparable.Among them, the painful acupuncture group was treated with a time interval of 5 days,a total of 3 treatments and 1 course of treatment.30 patients in the acupuncture group, the treatment interval was 1 day,a total of 15 treatments,1 course of treatment, and observed the observation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment and after 3 months, the observation indicators were visual simulation scores(VAS).),weekly headache index score, cervical dysfunction(ROM)questionnaire score, sleep quality score, total symptom score, and observational efficacy were evaluated according to the relevant criteria in the Clinical Guidelines for New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and related clinical data were collected. It took a statistical analysis.RESULTS: Of the 30 patients with acupuncture points,15 patients were cured,9 patients were markedly effective,4 patients were effective,2 patients were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.33%.Among the 30 patients in the acupuncture group Seven patients were cured,6 patients were markedly effective,9 patients were effective,8 patients were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.33%.After treatment, the two groups were compared with the rank sum test t=-2.858,P=0.004.<0.05,the data showed that the difference was more significant, indicating that patients with acupuncture points in the acupuncture group were more effective than patients in the acupuncture group. After treatment, the needle-knife group observation index visual analogue scale(VAS),weekly headache index score, cervical dysfunction(ROM)questionnaire score, sleep quality score, total symptom score, and acupuncture group using independent t-test There were significant differences between the follow-up treatment and the follow-up after 3 months(P<0.05),indicating that the needle-knife group was superior to the acupuncture group, and the needle-knife group was farther than the acupuncture group. The effect is better. Conclusion: The treatment of cervicogenic headache with acupuncture is better than acupuncture, and the acupuncture group is superior to the acupuncture group in both short-term and long-term effects.
