Objective : to observe the effect of treatment of neck headache by acupuncture according to the point of head tenderness and routine acupuncture, and to evaluate its curative effect systematically,so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment method for clinical treatment of neck headache. Methods:In this study,80 patients with cervical headache, who met the inclusion criteria, were selected according to the random numerical table method. They were randomly divided into two groups(observation group)and routine acupuncture group(control group).40 patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of acupuncture and pain point combined with routine acupuncture for 3 courses of treatment(1 course of 7 days,3 days rest in each course),and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture point pressing pain point combined with routine acupuncture therapy for 3 courses of treatment.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture for 3 courses of treatment(1 course of 7 days,3 days rest in each course).VAS score after treatment, cervical spine The range of motion score and the symptom score of the traditional Chinese medicine are counted and the data is analyzed. Results:Of the 80 cases,6 cases were dropped off,2 cases in the observation group and 2cases in the observation group due to personal reasons,1 case in each group was lost in the course of the return visit, and 74 cases were actually collected in the observation group and in the observation group.(1)VAS score and curative effect evaluation: after treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The total effective rate was 81.89% in the treatment group and 72.97% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups after one course of treatment(P ? 0.053 > 0.05).After 2 courses of treatment, the difference was significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)After treatment, the ROM scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.(3)Comparison of total scores of headache accompanying symptoms: after treatment, the total scores of symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. After treatment, there were significant differences in neck acid distress, dizziness and shoulder acid stress between the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group. There was no significant difference in numbness of upper limbs(P < 0.5).(4)After follow-up: compared with the treatment group, the VAS score in the treatment group was increased,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant, the VAS score in the control group increased,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, and the difference between the groups was P = 0.014>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)The headache of patients with cervicogenic headache can be alleviated by pressing the head tenderness point along the meridian point combined with conventional acupuncture.(2)According to the head tenderness point according to the meridian point, the combination of conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture is the same as the routine acupuncture to improve the range of motion of cervical vertebrae.(3)The long-term effect of acupuncture according to head tenderness point and routine acupuncture in the treatment of cervicogenic headache is not ideal.
