Turbidity Treatment Of Kidney And Liver And Kidney Folder PSS Carotid Atherosclerosis In Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuemaitongâ…¡Pills(XMT) on atherosclerosis and to explore the relationship between hyperlipidemia and phlegmatical disease.Methods:40 cases of patients with atherosclerosis were divided into two groups according to their symptoms,ages,and the principle of leveled blood fat,of which 20 cases were treated with XMT and 20 with Lipitor.The changes of clinical sympotoms and laboratory indexes in all the patients were observed before and aftertreatment.Results:XMT in patients 3 months after medication, symptoms improved clinical medicine, clinical symptoms improved total effective rate was 95%, significantly better than the control group Lipitor group (55%). In the lipids in the treatment group before and after treatment, after treatment, TC, TG, LPa, ox-LDL, LDL decreased significantly (P<0.01), HDL-C increased significantly (P<0.01), compared with the control group TC, ox-LDL even lower than the treatment group (P<0.01), other TG, LPa, LDL, HDL-C were lower (P<0.05). Help lower blood lipid levels through particles, especially by reducing, TC, ox-LDL levels, regulate lipid metabolism and thus interfere with the development of carotid atherosclerosis. On the other hand, after treatment, the MDA, MMP1 were significantly decreased (P<0.01), SOD increased (P <0.01). The control group, although the MDA, MMP1 lower than before treatment (P<0.05), SOD was no significant change in the treatment group and control group, treatment group was significantly improved (P<0.05), particularly MMP-land SOD (P<0.01), This shows that the particles can be reduced through blood MDA, increased SOD, achieve the antioxidant and free radical scavenging, decreased MMP1, reduce the migration of vascular smooth muscle cells, thereby inhibiting the development of atherosclerosisConclusion:XMT could effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce blood lipid levels and protect vascular endothelial cells,which to a certain extent shows that atherosclerosis and phlegmatical disease are closely related.
