Study On Relationships Among Traditional Chinese Medicine Distinction With Allergic Rhinitis And Detection Of Eosinophil And Basophil

Objective:To approach relationships among traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)distinction with Allergic Rhinitis and detection of total IgE levels,Eosinophil (EOS) and Basophil(BAS),to consummate the objective study of TCM distinction, and to direct TCM cure allergic rhinitis.Methods:To collect determinate aeroallergen to detect total IgE levels,EOS and BAS,and to made group on the basis of TCM distinction.To apply statistics to handle objective data to arrive at relationships of EOS,BAS and TCM distinction.Another aspect,according to patients' symptom to divide total patients to light degree and heavy degree. To compare the detection of total IgE levels,EOS and BAS, to apply statistics to handle objective data to arrive at relationships of EOS,BAS and the two degrees.Results:The total IgE levels of Qi deficiencies of the lung,Qi deficiencies of the spleen,Yang deficiencies of the kidneys,Type of accumulation of heat in the lung are higher than normal numerus.The total IgE levels comparison of four grups:except Qi deficiencies of the lung and Type of accumulation of heat in the lung,the rest comparisons of two-two grups even have significant difference.The EOS% comparison of four grups:Type of accumulation of heat in the lung and Qi deficiencies of the spleen have significant difference;Type of accumulation of heat in the lung and Yang deficiencies of the kidneys have significant difference;the rest comparisons of two-two grups even have no significant difference.The EOS comparison of four grups:Type of accumulation of heat in the lung and Qi deficiencies of the spleen have significant difference;Qi deficiencies of the lung and Qi deficiencies of the spleen have significant difference;the rest comparisons of two-two grups even have no significant difference.The BAS and BAS% comparisons of four grups even have no significant difference.The total IgE levels of light degree and heavy degree are higher than normal numerus.The total IgE levels comparison of two grups have significant difference.The EOS and BAS comparisons of two grups even have no significant difference.Conclusion:The total IgE levels comparison of Qi deficiencies of the lung,Qi deficiencies of the spleen,Yang deficiencies of the kidneys,Type of accumulation of heat in the lung:the total IgE levels of Yang deficiencies of the kidneys is highest,the bulk of patients have asthma case history,then is the Qi deficiencies of the spleen,the bulk of patients have bad appetite and cold limbs.The total IgE levels of Qi deficiencies of the lung and Type of accumulation of heat in the lung have no significant difference.The EOS comparisons of four grups:Qi deficiencies of the spleen and Yang deficiencies of the kidneys are higher than the rest groups,to arrive at the amount of EOS have relationship with severity of patients' condition.The BAS comparisons of four grups even have no significant difference.The total IgE levels of light degree and heavy degree have significant difference.The EOS and BAS comparisons of two grups even have no significant difference,have no statistics significance.
