Observation Of The Effect Of Sputum Elimination Using Vibration Sputum Elimination Apparatus And Local Acupoint Selection For The Acute Stage Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

[Objective] through vibration sputum elimination apparatus in the treatment of, from local acupoint vibration row phlegm treatment intervention chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute stage patients, to explore the clinical effect of local acupoints vibration row phlegm, for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute stage provide safe, simple and effective clinical sputum measures.[Methods] 74 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,37 cases in each group. Experimental group using local acupoints vibration row phlegm, acupoints:Dashu points, Feishu, Xinshu, Geshu, Pishu (both sides), expectoration instrument of percussion head moving position, once every 5 seconds, the tapping head tapping to Dashu, Feishu, heart meridian, phrenic acupoints, Pishu, the point for every point stay for 30 seconds to strengthen to the point of stimulation. Vibration sputum elimination apparatus at each treatment time 15mim,2 times a day.7 days for 1 course of treatment. Changes in outcome measures:24 hours row phlegm, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease main symptoms and signs (wheezing, coughing, expectoration, pulmonary rales), arterial oxygen partial pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure. Criterion for the curative effect:chronic obstructive lung disease symptoms, signs (wheezing, coughing, expectoration, pulmonary rales) to judge the curative effect of standard. Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for data analysis, to assess the effect of the acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.[Results] Baseline:comparing the two groups patients gender, age, course of disease, severity of disease, symptom scores,24 hours discharge sputum volume and arterial oxygen branch pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure, no significant difference (P>0.05), indicating that the two groups can be compared.24 hour sputum volume:after intervention in the two groups at each time point (3 days,5 days,7 days) before and after the intervention compared with difference(P<0.05); intervention for 3 days and 5 days respectively and intervention groups before, the difference is statistically significant (P＜0.05), in the experimental group was better than the control group; intervention in 7 days and intervention groups before compared with statistical significance(P<0.05), control group in the experimental group was better than the. The symptom score comparison:two groups before and after intervention, the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05); the two group intervention 7 days between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of PaO2:the two groups before and after intervention, the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05); the two group after 7 days between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Comparison of arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure:two groups of intervention before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05); the two groups of 7 days of intervention group comparison, the difference was statistically significan(P＜0.05). The efficacy of the two groups were compared:two groups of 7 day intervention group was 88.57%, the effective rate of the control group was 74.29%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).[Conclusion] Local acupoints vibration sputum elimination can increase intervention 5 days of the quantity of sputum excretion, make an illness exasperate, reduce the intervention of 7 days of sputum volume, improve the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute stage of patients with symptom score, to further improve the arterial oxygen partial pressure, arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure.
