Detection Methods And Clinical Research Of Arteriosclerosis Base On Measuring Four Limbs At The Same Time

Cardiovascular disease is one of the most serious diseases which threat human's life,atherosclerosis is the main reason for cardiovascular and PAD diseases. Gradually became aware in recent years vascular occlusion and blood vessels harden is myocardial infarction, stroke and other cardiovascular complications basis.Base on Measuring four limbs at the same time,designed a new atherosclerosis instrument.By measuring the ABI which reflect the degree of vascular obstruction and baPWV that reflect the human artery stiffness of these two important parameters,to Assess the extent of atherosclerosis.Through collection of limbs and carpus artery pulse waveforms, Signal waveform though the signal pre-processing, then calculate the arterial elastic parameters by algorithm pre-prepared and program, individual parameters such as brachial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), ankle-brachial index (ABI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP)and heart rate(HR)can be get. At the same time by a large number of clinical trials cases for PWV and ABI.The main works in this paper are as follows:â‘ Access to basic information theory,By studying the human cardiovascular fluid mechanics,local artery stenosis region flow model,base on Measuring four limbs at the same time,on the basis of measured blood pressure of the four limbs ,ankle brachial index calculated to determine the degree of arterial obstruction.â‘¡Through the same heart cycle in the human body,measuring the pulse wave of four limbs.Combination of limb pulse wave propagation theory,Calculate ankle-brachial pulse wave velocity to assess the degree of hardening of human arteries.â‘¢To LabVIEW8.6 for the software development platform,Completed the instrument PC software.Designed real-time display limb pulse wave,calculation of limb blood pressure,ABI and baPWV. base on the VISA module functionality,achieved with the USB communication.Design of the whole software systems of instrumentation.â‘£Completed the measurement instruments in clinical trials,done a comparison test with Japan OMRON BP-203RPII arteriosclerosis detection device,Verify the reliability of software design.
