The Treating Experience Of Professor Lu Bingjiu On Treating Alcoholic Liver Disease

Professor Lu has Practiced clinically for more than 30 years.He has hunted a broad range group of books,so far is still reading medical books every leisure time.He has his own unique insights in the treatment of liver diseases,especially ALP in the treatment of liver disease professor Lu practices clinically with the opinion of"traditional Chinese medicine combining with modern medicine and learning from each another"and with the basis of"Qingre,Lishi,Huoxue".His curative effects are recognized.His experience will be described as belowProfessor Lu divides ALD into three stages which are alcoholic fatty liver(AFL),alcoholic hepatitis(AH)and alcoholic cirrhosis (ALC) combining with his experience.During which Mainly applicates the method of"Qingre,Lishi,Huoxue".Specific clinical experiment trials are shown as followings:The first set of experiments:Select 60 of AFL outpatients which were randomly divided into two groups.The control group are 30 patients which have oral silibinin capsule;Treatment group are 30 cases which add"the tea of Qingre ang Lishi"together with the treatment above;Both the period of treatment were three months.Changes of Clinical symptoms, serum biochemical parameters(ALT, AST, GGT, TC, TG) and liver ultrasound of the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:The effects of treatment group were superior than the control group(P<0.05).The second set of experiments:Select 60 of AH outpatients which were randomly divided into two groups.The control group are 30 patients which have oral compound Glycyrrhizin;Treatment group are 30 cases which add the decoction of"Qingre,Lishi,Huoxue,Jiedu"together with the treatment above;Both the period of treatment were three months.The Changes of Clinical symptoms,serum biochemical parameters(ALT, AST, GGT, TC, TG)and liver ultrasound of the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:The effects of treatment group were superior than the control group(P<0.05).The third set of experiments:Select 60 of ALC outpatients which were randomly divided into two groups.The control group are 30 patients which have oral compound Glycyrrhizin,silibinin capsules, diuretic drugs, compound amino acid capsules;Treatment group are 30 cases which add the decoction of"Qingre,Huoxue,Jianpi,Lishui"together with the treatment above;Both the period of treatment were three months. The Changes of Clinical symptoms,serum biochemical parameters(ALT, AST, GGT, TC, TG)and liver ultrasound of the patients were observed before and after treatment Results:The effects of treatment group were superior than the control group (P<0.05).
