The Clinical Research Of Treating Chronic Prostatits(the Kind Of Ganyu Shire) By Zhe Method Of Kaiyu Lishi

Purpose:Observe the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis (the kind of Ganyu Shire); Explored the mechanism of action of Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi and the contact of depressionMethod:Separate60patients which come from Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM into two groups. Those two groups should be divided by no extreme differences of age and duration of the disease(P>0.05) which can be comparable. The treatment group which contained30patients uses Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi, twice a day blunt. And the control group uses Tamsulosin hydrochloride Capsule, p.o. once a day. Determine the results after a month. Before and after treatment to the U.S. National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom score (NIH-CPSI), chronic prostatitis TCM syndrome score, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale severity and efficacy evaluation of chronic prostatitis (the kind of Ganyu Shire). Observations before and after prostatic fluid microscopy indicators related factors as a security check.Result:1. Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi and tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules in the NIH-CPSI scores and individual scores of liver stagnation and damp-heat in chronic prostate, such as pain, urinary symptoms, impact of life and TCM syndrome score has a better therapeutic effect. Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi in the NIH-CPSI score efficiency and the degree of improvement has more advantage than the control group. No significant difference between the two sets of data in the NIH-CPSI, individual voiding symptom improvement, and pain, life and the NIH-CPSI total score on P<0.05. before and after treatment, treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Equally effective, Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi in the TCM syndrome score improvement rate was76.6%, better than the control group tamsulosin hydrochloride46.6%. And Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi to improve the TCM syndrome score (23.10±10.858) better than the control group tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules (17.67±9.279), P<0.05. There’s no significant differences (P>0.05) in improvement of the Hamilton scale between Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi and tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule treatment results. EPS points have no significant difference (P>0.05) in the two groups before and after treatment, and two groups did not improve the significant effect of the EPS with no adverse record after treatment.Significance:Zhe Method of Kaiyu Lishi can be effective in treating Chronic prostatitis(the kind of Ganyu Shire), and improve patients’pain and life with no significant correlation in prostatic fluid situation and depression was.
