Observation On The Method Of Huoxue Huayu(HXHY) In Treating Alcoholic Liver Disease(ALD)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of method of HXHY on ALD.Methods:60 pationts with ALD were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group of 30cases: treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules and Fufang Yiganling Pian,and decection of HXHY was in addition. Control group of 30cases: treated with only Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules and Fufang Yiganling Pian .The clinical therapeutic effect,the liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)and effect on Bultrasonic images of the liver were tested before and after treatment.Results:After three month,s treatment, decection of HXHY could lower the levels of ALT,AST,GGT significantly,espesilly GGT.Relieve the clinical symptoms of ALD.Improve the Bultrasonic images of the liver.Conclusion: The method of Huoxue Huayu has better therapeutic effect on ALD, and it could improve the Bultrasonic images of the liver;the method of Huoxue Huayu could lower the level of GGT significantly.
