Practice And Initial Study On Supervisor Responsbility System For Clinic Trainee

Objective:(1)During the clinic pratice,we need to perceive whether Supervisor Responsbility System is helpful or not for developing the trainnees'ability of grasping the basic medical knowledge and techniques, for improving their ability of communicating with the patients, and for enhancing the comprehensive quality of the trainees. (2) we need to find out whether trainees can get improvement in their clinical ability and in their final practice scores after applying the Supervisor Responsbility System,compared to those who haven't been put into this system. Method:Use the software "SPSS 11.0" to investigate and caculate the mentalities of Supervisor Responsbility System for exercising students'skills in clinic. Through the mentalities it would be better understanding the situation and effect evaluation during Supervisor Responsbility System performance. Analysis of the collected data and statistic calculations. And finally ferformance of relative analysis and assessment reports.Result:(1)Mentalities appeared:96.8% of the trainne agreed that the cultivatable model of Supervisor Responsbility System guidence was beneficial to the healthy body and mind interns.And it can help them establish the right outlook of world, outlook on life, and personal values. (2) 95.7% of the trainee evaluated that the cultivatable Supervisor Responsbility System model could help them to promote their entire development, bringing forth spirit with new ideas, enhance the synthetical quality. (3) 97.8% of the trainne thought their abilities for analysis and manage clincic problems have been improved under the Supervisor Responsbility System(4)98.9% of the trainne agreed that the supervisors should have greater action in cultivation of the well medcial ethics and medical habit, and promotion of linking up the ability between doctors and patients;(5)97.8% of the supervisor thought their initiative in clinic teaching have been improved under the Supervisor Responsbility System (6) In comparison with the achievement of clinical ability and practice of Ethnical and Han students in Class-2004', the trainne who implemented Supervisor Responsbility System shaved higher level than that in Class -2003' trainne who did not do.The result had statistic significant differences.Conclusion:The practice of Supervisor Responsbility System in our hospital has been put into effect to some extent.Yet there are some problems in the implementation, such as the constantly interrupted contact between supervisors and trainees due to the supervisor's too much clinic and teaching work, the less importance that the supervisor attaches to the trainee, the less motivation that trainees show in their practice, and the lack of a systematic appraisal and supervision in the course of the practice, etc.In our future work we need to further improve our awareness of the Supervisor Responsibility System, establish an appraisal system for the supervisor by enhancing standard management of supervisors and trainees, and thus we can improve the system and make it play a more effective way.
