Moreover, the data were analyzed by the statistical software spss12.0.Results1. The score of M leading behavior was lower than the score of P leading behavior. The pm leading behavior was obvious, which occupied 42.8%. PM leading behavior occupied 15.9%.2. The GSES's mean was 2.95±0.46. There was a positive correlation between leading behavior and GSES.3. The score of performance- approach goal orientations were higher than others. There was a positive correlation between leading behavior and achievement goal orientations. There was a positive correlation between P behavior and master goal orientations, between M behavior and master goal orientations. There was a negative relationship between P behavior and performance-avoidance goal orientations.4. There was a positive correlation between GSES and master goal orientations, between GSES and performance- approach goal orientations.5. There were significant differences among different leader types in GSES. The people with high GSES in PM and P were greater than the people who belong to M and pm leader types. The factor that affecting P leader types was GSES.6. There were significant differences among different leader types in achievement goal orientations. The factor that affecting PM leader types was master goal orientations. The factor that affecting pm leader types was performance-avoidance goal orientations. Most of PM leader types belong to master goal orientations. Most of pm and M leader types belong to performance-avoidance goal orientations.Conclusion1. The leading behavior of Nursing Supervisors were dissatisfactory. They pay more attention to their work. The pm leading behavior was obvious, which occupied 42.8 percent.2. There was a positive correlation between leading behavior and GSES. The people with high GSES in PM and P were greater than the people who belong to pm leader types. We should increase GSES' levels in order to improve leading behavior of Nursing Supervisor.3. There was a positive correlation between leading behavior and achievement goal orientations. The factor that affecting PM leader types was master goal orientations. The factor that affecting pm leader types was performance-avoidance goal orientations. We should increase GSES' levels and cultivate active achievement goal orientations in order to improve leading behavior of Nursing Supervisor.Suggestion for further studyBecause exerting cross-section design carried out the study the result may not be justified sufficiently.
