Study Of Sheng Yuan Yin's Impact Of Bax,Bcl-2 In Guinea Pigs Of Psoriasis-like Lesions

Objective: Animal experiments, test Sheng Yuan Yin Psoriasis-like lesions in guinea pigs Bcl-2, Bax expression levels, and to explore the treatment of psoriasis of Sheng Yuan Yin possible mechanisms,with a view to provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods: 15 of 70 healthy adult guinea pigs were randomly selected to be the blank control group,coverd emulsion matrix in the Guinea Pig ear Skin,and the rest 55 with 5% propranolol emulsions three times daily for 14 days.Then,the blank control group and model animals were randomly killed five,taking ears tissue for surgical biopsy,to assess the situation modeling.Modeling success,the remaining 50 models were randomly divided into five groups.Each were poured into the gaster with high,middle and low dose Sheng Yuan Yin and compound Qingdai capsule.Symptoms observed changes in local circumstances,using immunohistochemical staining for lesions organization of expression of Bax and Bcl-2.Results:After modeling,histopathology shows hyperkeratosis ,parakeratosis, acanthosis hypertrophy, granular layer thinning skin under the extension of sudden,the dermal telangiectasia,inflammatory cell infiltration. Compared with the control group,model group lesions Bcl-2 in the organization to reduce the level, Bax expression level increased, the differences were significant (P<0.01);with the model group, normal control group,Sheng yuan yin,middle dose group and compound lesions Qingdai capsule group organization of water an average of Bax protein expression,Bcl-2 gene protein expression were increased,the difference was significant (P<0.05);low dose group of Bcl-2 and Bax expression levels of,compared with model group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05); with the compound Indigo capsule group,Sheng Yuan Yin high,medium dose group lesions organization Bcl-2 and Bax expression level changes,no significant difference (P>0.05). Sheng Yuan Yin high,medium dose group between the two groups,Bcl-2 and Bax expression was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. In the control group,Bcl-2 showed positive expression in the guinea pig ear skin tissue basal cell layer and lower in the skin lesions of mo- del group;in the control group,Bax showed little expression in the guinea pig ear skin tissue basal cell layer and higher in the skin lesions of model group.Tt is show that the occurrence of psoriasis is correlated with apoptosis.2. Sheng Yuan Yin can improve psoriasis-like lesions in guinea pigs in the expression of Bcl-2 level, down the expression of Bax, its efficacy and the same compound Indigo capsule.3. Sheng Yuan Yin treatment of psoriasis mechanism may be through regulation of psoriatic epidermis the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax expression to achieve therapeutic purposes.
