Experimental Study Of The Promoting Effects Of Fu Yuan Zai Sheng Decoction On Regeneration And Repairation Of Injured Peripheral Nerve

Objective:To investigate the promoting mechanism of Fu Yuan Zai Sheng Decoction(FYZSD) on regeneration and repairation of the injured peripheral Nerve.Methods:Peripheral nerve injury model was set up by crushing the right sciatic nerve of rats.60 model Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group,Methylcobalamin and VB1,control group,and admini-stered respectively with FYZSD,Methylcobalamin and VB1 and normal saline every day after surgery. Then sciatic nerve functional index (SFI),muscle and histomorphological indexes were tested.Results:The recovery rate of sciatic nerve functional index (SFI) was statistically significantly higher in the experimental group than in the other two groups at the fourth week; muscle and histomorphological indexes: Compared with the other two groups, Muscle cell cross-sectional areas Myelinated nerve axon count recovery rate of the experimental group are significantly greater.Conclusion:FYZSD on rat peripheral nerve injury repair and regener-ation, and early role in promoting functional recovery.
