Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Sanpian Decoction In The Treatment Of Migraine (liver Wind And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Sanpian Decoction in the treatment of migraine(liver wind with blood stasis syndrome).Methods: Patients with migraine liver wind and blood stasis syndrome will be treated in the Department of Neurology,Changde First Chinese Medicine Hospital from2020.07.01-2021.01.30.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 66 cases were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases respectively.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Sanpian Decoction,and the control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.The clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were improved before treatment,7 days after treatment,and 14 days after treatment.The safety is evaluated and compared.Results: In terms of clinical symptom score and TCM syndrome score,intra-group comparison: the two groups improved at 7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);comparison between groups: two after 7 days of treatment There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)after 14 days of treatment.In the evaluation of clinical symptom efficacy,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group after 14 days of treatment were 87.10% and 76.67%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P greater than 0.05);in the evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,treatment 14 days after treatment The total effective rates of the group and the control group were 87.10% and 76.67%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no major safety events and adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups of patients,and the safety was good.Conclusion: For patients with migraine(syndrome of liver wind and blood stasis),Jiawei San Mitang can effectively reduce the degree of headache,reduce the duration of headache and the number of headache attacks,reduce headache-related symptoms,and reduce clinical symptoms Points,TCM syndrome points,and no adverse reactions,suggesting that Jiawei Sanpian Decoction has a definite effect in treating migraine(liver wind with blood stasis)and is worthy of clinical promotion.
