Xiongzhidilong Asarum Particle Treatment Of Head Wind Disease Wind Stasis Syndrome Clinical Studies

Migraine is a common and frequently occurring symptom in clinic. With rapid development of society and people's life changing quickly, tendency of migraine happening increase higher along with this change in the recent years. People pay more attention to migraine than before, since it affects people's life heavily. The remedy so far for migraine is still improving. Meanwhile the current analgetic common used is not satisfied for its side-effect. In this respect, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is the preponderant remedy for migraine. In order to carry on a completely and systematic research on the migraine, fistly we analyzed various medical literature about migraine on the respect of migraine definition, pathogenesis and current remedy and prevent and so on. Meanwhile we summarized the TCM's explanation about the cause of migraine and treatment. Base on these understanding, we explored the effect of the "xiong zhi xi xin ke li ", with the experience of my tutor, through clinic observation.In clinic research, we observed 60 cases of migraine, 30 patients in treatment (using "xiong zhi xi xin ke li ") and 30 for comparison (using " tai ji tong tian ye" ),marked according to AVS and symptom before and after therapy.The result shows as below: 1.There are a lot of etiological factor in migraine, in short, external and internal damage. The main of etiological factor are wind and petechia, and the main of the treament are qufeng and tongluo to relieve pain. The particles of xiongzhixixin have the effect to qufeng and huoxue to relieve pain.2.The particles of xiongzhixixin can significantly improve the symptom of headache. There are the same result on the continue time of headache, number of times of it, and the total continue time of it between the contrast and the treament group. Eespecially on improving the symptom of headache and decreasing the time of headache, the treatment group are more significant difference than the contrast group, and the rest of contrast is no significance.3. The particles of xiongzhixixin can improve the syndrome, espiecally dizzy, tinnitus and forgetfulness. The total score of Chinese medicine symptom is better than the contrast group of it.4. The particles of xiongzhixixin can more significantly improve the primary symptom than the contrast group, which of effect is very satisfying. There are 7 fully recover, 7 apparent effect , 14 effect and 2 inefficiency in 30 patients of treatment group, and the total rate of effect is 93.3%.
