The Study About Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Associated With Piwei Diseases

Objective:Through the retrospective investigation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease associated with the piwei diseases analysis,summary.Methods:Pairs of 180 cases diagnosed as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the patients had symptoms of piwei disorders statistical analysis,and from traditional Chinese medicine theory,etiology and pathogenesis, defense rule and modern research in the field demonstrated both in the treatment of disease and dialectical interaction relations,for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease to provide a new theoretical basis for dialectical thinking and to raise the level of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Results:84.4% of the CPID patients had symptoms of digestive diseases,with the extension of CPID course of the disease symptoms in patients with piwei diseases,the more obvious,after aχ2 test P<0.01;the existence of Syndromes CPID stomach in patients with symptoms of the disease significantly, after aχ2 test P<0.01. Conclusions:1 The relationship between Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and piwei disease is close correlation disease,cause and effect each other.2.Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease should be care protect stomach,strengthen the piwei disease modulating.
