Effect Of Different Frequency Electro Acupuncture On The Intervention Of Depression Model Rats And Serum BDNF And CRH

Objective:Based on the preliminary experiment, it is further observed that the different frequency current of electric acupuncture functioned on the treatment of depressed model rats, and the possible mechanism is explored.Methods:40 cleaning level SD male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, which each group contains eight. Build the model and acupuncture group, at the same time, intervening the electric acupuncture group of rats with the different frequency currency respectively. Then check out of the content of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and adrenocorticotropic hormone releasing hormone (CRH) in the 5 groups of serum within 21 days.Results:Comparing model group with blank group,the former have the decreasing content, and with electric acupuncture group, the latter have the increasing one to different degree.Conclusion:The acupuncture one have an effect on the depression, especially, the 2Hz acupuncture has an better effective than others.
