Clinical Efficacy Of Zhi-zi-chi-tang Pulveres Spreading Sheque Point Treating Night Cry Of Pyretic In Heart Meridian In Children

Purpose:To use of TCM theory, zhi-zi-chi-tang pulveres spreading Shenque Point treatment of children with the Heart Sutra plot Heat-Yeti, its efficacy systematic clinical observation and research for the treatment of children with the Heart Sutra plot Heat-Yeti provides a new treatment.Methods:Cases were selected from the Xiamen hospital of traditional chinese medicine clinic patients,62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the comparing group, there are 32 cases in the treatment group and the comparing group had 30 cases, respectively zhi-zi-chi-tang pulveres spreading shenque point (the treatment group),transfer Dao-chi-san Decoction (the comparing group),observing the amendment of crying, restlessness,constipation,general fever, flushing and etc.Results:Pre-treatment at the age of the two groups of children, gender, course of disease and symptoms were significantly different (P> 0.05),comparable.Post-treatment:â‘ The total effective rate of treatment of 32 cases of post-treatment group is 93.75%; the control group, 30 cases, the total efficiency is 80%. There is marked difference between the effective rate of the treatment group from that of the comparing group (P<0.05).â‘¡To improve the major symptoms of crying,treatment group is larger than the comparing group (P<0.05).The amendment of restlessness,constipation,general fever, treatment group is better than the comparing group (P<0.05).But the amendment of flushing and yellowish or reddish urine,there is no marked difference between the treatment group and the comparing group (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Zhi-zi-chi-tang pulveres spreading shenque point has the exact effect of the treatment of children with the Heart Sutra plot Heat-Yeti,overall more effective than Dao-chi-san Decoction.Zhi-zi-chi-tang pulveres spreading shenque point can significantly improve the symptoms, the role of different reactive than Dao-chi-san Decoction.With a safe and reliable method is simple, painless non-invasive, easily accepted by the characteristics of children in line with traditional Chinese medicine, in line with pediatric clinical practice, Chinese medicine has played an advantage, embodies the characteristics of Chinese medicine and has important clinical application and popularization.
