Observation On The Curative Effect Of Children's Massage Combined With Moxibustion At Shenque Point In The Treatment Of Spleen-cold Qi Stagnation Type Night Cry

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of infantile massage combined with moxibustion at Shenque point in the treatment of nocturnal crying with stagnation of spleen cold Qi.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C with20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with massage of children combined with Moxibustion of Shenque point,group B with Moxibustion of Shenque point,and group C with massage of children.Children massage and moxibustion once a day,a total of 7 times.Observe the main symptom score and secondary symptom score of each group before and after treatment,and evaluate the curative effect after treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in group A were significantly improved(P < 0.05)compared with group B and group C(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference between group A and group C(P>0.05).The results showed that the combination of massage and moxibustion at Shenque was better than that of massage and moxibustion at Shenque.Conclusion:1.Children massage combined with moxibustion at Shenque point can improve the primary and secondary symptoms,reduce the number and duration of crying,and the improvement degree of the combined group is better than that of children massage alone and moxibustion at Shenque point alone.2.The more effective rate of children's massage combined with moxibustion at Shenque is better than that of children's massage alone and moxibustion at Shenque alone.
