The Study On The Chronic Prostatitis-like Symptoms Of Capf And The Family Functioning And Treatment Of The Chronic Prostatitis Patients

Objective: 1 Investigating the incidence of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms and its risk factors in the officers and men of Chinese Armed Police Corps.2 Exploring the family functioning in chronic prostatitis patients and assess the application of the APGAR in chronic prostatitis.3 Studying the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis in applying vitro thermal therapy combined with levofloxacin, doxazosin controlled-release tablets and psychological treatment.Methods: 1 1500 officers and men were randomly selected from the Armed Police Corps, the selected officers and men were asked to fill in self-made questionnaire and chronic prostatitis-like symptoms score index (NIH-CPSI).2 Using the family APGAR (PAGAR), 112 patients with chronic prostatitis of cases and 40 cases of healthy were surveyed by the questionnaire.3 Applying vitro thermal therapy combined with levofloxacin, doxazosin controlled-release tablets and psychological treatment, the selected 112 patients with chronic prostatitis were treated for 4 weeks and investigated for 12 weeks, in order to assessment the efficacy of indicators, the standards of the chronic prostatitis (NIH-CPSI) is established by U.S. National Institute, hospital anxiety and depressive scale (HAD) and prostate fluid routine examination (EPS).Results: 1 The morbidity of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms in the officers and men of Chinese Armed Police Corps is accounted for 31.2%, the driver and other professionals, officers and men have significant differences (P<0.05), while the married and unmarried officers and men there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The risk factors of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms in the officers and men of Chinese Armed Police Corps are'worry about masturbation / sexual consequences, repeated masturbation / sexual intercourse, don't hold back ejaculation, forbearance urine, pay attention to radio/ magazine about sex'.2 112 cases of chronic prostatitis patients, the 32 percent of families were well-functioning, the 42 percent of families were moderate obstacle and 26 percent of families were very disorder. Healthy family functioning and case groups had significant difference(P<0.05). The results of functions of the family specific projects statistics showed that the scores of fitness, emotional degree of the family of patients with chronic prostatitis is low.3 Applying vitro thermal therapy combined with levofloxacin, doxazosin controlled-release tablets and psychological treatment, the result of 112 patients were 25.9% patients feel very better, 52.7% patients feel better, 20.4% patients feel no change and the total effective rate is 79.6%.Conclusions: 1 The morbidity of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms was 31.2 percent in the officers and men of Chinese Armed Police Corps, and the risk factors of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms are'worry about masturbation / sexual consequences, repeated masturbation / sexual intercourse, don't hold back ejaculation, forbearance urine, pay attention to radio/ magazine about sex'. It is very important to take the early health education and psychological counseling for the officers and men, it will improve the operational capacity of units.2 The morbidity of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms was higher,it is very important to take the differential diagnosis to the patients who have the chronic prostatitis-like symptoms, and it is very sensible to take the early health education and psychological counseling for the officers and men, it will improve the operational capacity of units.3 The chronic prostatitis is a multi-factor diseases, it is signnificant to give the health guidances for the patients and patient family members. 4 The method of applying vitro thermal therapy combined with levofloxacin, Doxazosin controlled-release tablets and psychological treatment have a good effect in chronic prostatitis, the effective power is 78.6%, it's worth to use the way treat chronic prostatitis.
