Research On The Medical Security Of The Chinese People’s Armed Police Force

At present,the armed police internal security corps is in a critical period of reform to strengthen the armed forces.With the deepening of the adjustment of the establishment system and the continuous improvement of training and preparation requirements,the contradiction between the urgent medical service needs of officers and soldiers and the relatively backward system support capacity is becoming more and more prominent.For resolving the current internal security corps medical security tensions,seizing major opportunities in the reform of the country’s medical and health care system,comprehensively improving the capability and service of the internal security forces in peacetime and wartime medical care,based on the actual situation of medical security of the armed police internal security corps,this thesis investigated and studied the current medical security situation of the armed police corps of sichuan province through questionnaires,and analyzed the current situation according to the survey results.On the basis of drawing on the experience and practice of military medical security at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward some strategic suggestions on medical security of the armed police internal security corps.The main work is as follows:First,based on the background and significance of the research questions,the research status of medical security and reform of armed police forces and foreign military medical security was summarized,and the research methods and innovation points were sorted out.Second,the relevant concepts and theories of the research problem are systematically expounded.The concepts of internal security force and medical security are defined and explained,and the relevant theories of military medical security are analyzed.Third,the current medical security situation of sichuan armed police corps was investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire.Taking the armed police corps of sichuan province as an example,detailed data of the medical security status of the armed police corps of sichuan province were obtained through questionnaires,field interviews and data access.The existing problems were summarized and the causes of the existing problems were analyzed in depth.Fourth,by using the method of comparative analysis,this thesis analyzed and summarized the medical security mode of "military-to-local cooperation" of luzhou corps,the medical security mode of "managed medical care" in the United States,the medical security mode of "pay-for-use" in Germany,the "social medical insurance" security model in Japan,and summarized relevant experience and inspiration on this basis.Finally,this thesis put forward some suggestions to improve the medical security of the armed police internal security corps.According to the questionnaire question analysis and the experience enlightenment summary result,proposed the strategy suggestion from five aspects.The results of this study can provide ideas,methods and practical guidance for the reform of the medical security system of the armed police internal security corps.
