OBJECTIVE:Tunnel cut through the study of pressure suture the clinical effect of low anal fistula, and with the traditional incision in treatment of low anal fistula for observation on the effects, of low anal pressure tunnel suture removal clinical treatment of low anal fistula is feasible.METHODS:Selected met the inclusion criteria 40 patients with low anal fistula, anal fistula with removal of pressure tunnel suture group (test group) and 20 patients, fistula incision group (control group) 20 cases.Observed two groups of patients after surgery the overall efficacy, wound healing time, pain, anal function compared to observe the situation. Were followed up for 3 months, measurement data, t test, Wilcoxon test was used count data, chi-square test or Fisher exact probability test (P<0.05).RESULT:The experimental group and control wound healing time after surgery pain higher than the control group, and the experimental group and control to maintain the appearance of complications anus are failing to have an advantage; while the total effect, the cure rate, recurrence, twono significant difference between groups.CONCLUSION:1,pressurized tunnel suture removal treatment of low anal fistula anal fistula with a traditional incision compared to postoperative wound healing time faster than the control group, the appearance of anal function and the maintenance of the anus than the control group, postoperative comfort, excellentin the control group, such as:significantly higher than the control group after surgery to alleviate pain.2, with the traditional anal incision compared to the total effect of very, very recurrence rate, and does not increase complications.3,a tunnel-type compression suture removal treatment of low anal fistula is feasible and clinically advanced, and worth of clinical application.
