| Objective: To investigate the treatment of anal fistula effective way to accelerate wound healing time, reduce postoperative scar formation were observed hanging proximal distal suture line method the efficacy of treatment of anal fistula.Methods: 84 patients in line with anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group were linked proximal distal suture line method, the control group were treated with incision-line method, two sets of clinical efficacy of observation and comparison.Results: (1) in the treatment group of 46 patients in control group, 38 cases were cured. (2) The degree of postoperative pain treatment group and the control group a significant difference (P <0.05). The healing time of the treatment group and the control group, significant differences (P <0.05). The scar size of the treatment group and the control group, significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion: The distal suture proximal hanging shorter healing time line method to alleviate the suffering of patients, local scar is small, to protect anal function, less complications and efficacy is superior to the incision line method. |
