Professor Yu Yongduo 's Experience In Treating High Complex Anal Fistula With Resection And Suture

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Professor Yu Yongduo excision in the treatment of high complex anal fistula and summarize the treatment experience.Material and method:Text selection of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Third Hospital(anorectal Hospital of Liaoning Province) in August 2013 to 2015 from March 20 cases of high complex anal fistula patients as the research object to study, 14 males, 6 females, the minimum age is 18 years old, the biggest 65 years old, history of 5 months to 7 years. All patients received anal fistula resection and suture treatment, dressing and other conventional anti infection, oral Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative.Results:This group of 20 patients, 20 cases were cured, 0 cases improved, 0 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 100%. Course of treatment 7- 11 days. The anus of the patient to dilute with dry, intestinal juice and intestinal gas control were normal and healing after anorectal pressure and operation before difference compared. All the patients were followed up for 6 months. All patients had no recurrence, no anal shift, anal incontinence and other sequelae, and 1 patients had a slight local discomfort. All of the patients were gradually softened and improved in 3 months after discharge.Conclusion: Surgical operation combined with postoperative inflammatory Professor Yu Yongduo used, oral medicine, Chinese medicine therapy dressing complex high anal fistula, effectively improve the clinical efficacy and patient quality of life, well protected anal function, shortened the healing time, reduce pain and economic burden of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
