| Objective:To observe and evaluate the advantages,disadvantages and clinical curative effect of two kinds of operation methods in the treating low anal fistula by comparing stitching anal fistula incision muscle layer suture drainage by inner opening with anal fistula incision-thread-drawing procedure.Methods: Divided the standard 60 patients into experimental group and control group randomly,including one experimental group of 30 cases for stitching analfistula incision muscle layer suture drainage by inner opening.The other one is the control group of 30,which cases for anal fistula incision-thread-drawing procedure.Observe and compare the difference between the two groups in operative time,intraoperative bleeding,the postoperative complication,postoperative scar area and formation,incision healing time,anus function and relapse during the follow-up half a year,then the data was analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incision healing time,postoperative scar area and formation,postoperative anal pain in patients of treatment group are better than that in control group,there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05);postoperative bleeding,postoperative micturition situation,edema incision,postoperative infection,anus function and relapse in follow-up for half a year between two groups have no significant difference(P > 0.05);operation time and intraoperative bleeding in the control group is less than experimental group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Stitching anal fistula incision muscle layer suture drainage by inner opening is not only effectively treat low anal fistula,but also compare with anal fistula incision-thread-drawing procedure,has the advantages of relieve postoperative pain,shorten the time of incision healing,reduce the postoperative incision scar,this method of operation is a good treatment of low anal fistula. |
