Acupuncture Combined With Drug Therapy Of Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis In Clinical Observation

Objective:Through the combination of acupuncture and drugs and simple drug treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis injections observed the efficacy of the treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis to compare the clinical efficacy differences between the two groups, in order to provide a better method of treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:The 56 cases of patients with acute rheumatoid arthritis were divided into Chinese and Western medicine treatment group (drug control group) 27 cases and acupuncture plus Chinese and Western medicine treatment group (acupuncture group) 29 cases. Acupuncture group:The combination of acupuncture treatment is in Chinese and Western medicine therapy on the basis of the main acupuncture points (Quchi,Yanglingqua,Zusanli (both sides)), with points (according to lesion site selection) and Syndrome Distribution Point, a total of 3 weeks treatment. Drug Control group: oral administration of methotrexate to chatter Yin (Start early to 5mg once a week, orally. Stable, gradually to 7.5-15mg), Voltaren, and Chinese herbal medicine, treating a total of 3 weeks. Observe the changes in symptoms and signs recorded before and after treatment time of morning stiffness, double-hand edge,10 meters walking, joint swelling, joint pain index, grade of joint function. Observed before and after treatment in patients with rheumatoid factor (rheumatoid, RF), erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) measured for statistical analysis.Results:1. Acupuncture combined with Chinese and Western medicines and medical treatment alone had a better clinical effect RA.Acupuncture group in which the effective rate was 89.66%; simple effective rate of 85.19% of drug group;2. Acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the patients pain index and the reduction of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, use of time. Acupuncture treatment of pain index was 9.59±4.35, after the treatment was 1.62±1.63; drugs joint pain index of the control group before treatment was 8.89±2.94, after the treatment was 3.96±2.22;3. Acupuncture can reduce the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) use of time. After the treatment, acupuncture combined with group stop taking NSAIDs number of drug cases,21 cases of drug stop taking NSAIDs and simple the number of cases the drug was 12;4. Acupuncture therapy can significantly reduce serum C-reactive protein levels and regulation of immunoglobulin (IgQ IgM) levels.Concluson: 1.Acupuncture combined with Chinese and Western medicines and medical treatment alone had a better clinical effect RA.2. Acupuncture therapy in patients with joint pain relief is better than the drug group.3. Acupuncture in patients with RA may regulate immune function.4. Acupuncture combined with Chinese and Western medicines is a good treatment of rheumatoid arthritis treatment.
