Acupuncture Method Of Spleen And Kidney And Basic Medicine Combined Treatment Uygur Race The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:Observation acupuncture and medicine combined use of treatment of uygur race rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of clinical efficacy and safety. Methods:Methods60patients with uygur race rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group adopts basis of drug therapy, including oral methotrexate piece of7.5mg/week, diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules50magnesium2times per day; Observation group in the control group on the basis of combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,20d treating one period of treatment. Compared two groups of clinical curative effect, clinical symptoms was observed, syndrome integral, and visual analogue scale(VAS)and related laboratory indexes: blood sedimentation(ESR)and rheumatoid factor(RF)and adverse reactions. Results:Observation group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, after treatment, two groups of clinical symptoms were improved, observation group improved than control group; Two groups of syndrome integral and VAS were significantly lower, observation group reduced more significantly; Two groups of ESR and RF was significantly reduced, and the comparison between the two groups after treatment differences had no statistical significance; There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups. Conclusions:Conclusion acupuncture and basic medicine combined treatment uygur race rheumatoid arthritis clinical efficacy of safe, exact, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms, relieve patients’ pain.
