Clinical Analysis On The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis With Combination Of TCM And Western Medicine

Objective:This paper explores the advantages and efficacy of the treatmentof rheumatoid with combination of TCM and Western Medicine by co-ntrast with the combination therapy of Chinese and Western medicineand western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,toprovide the basis for the future treatment options in clinicalcombination of Chinese and Western which is more safety and ef-fective.Methods:We select80patients with standard and divide into two group:thetreatment group were treated by combination of Chinese and western,the matched group were treated by western medicine only.The trea-tment group was given traditional Chinese medicine referring toChina Traditional Chinese medicine press"Chinese Medicine ofinternal " on the corresponding treatment were treated with TCMsyndromes standard.The study lasts for3months, we observed thepatients’s improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinesemedicine science，western medicine clinical correlation index (timeof morning stiffness, joint tenderness, swelling index index, gripstrength)and laboratory indexes (ESR, CRP, RF, IgG, IgM, IgA), andassess the safety of the treatment group. Results:1.The treatment group has40patients which have18males and22females,the average age is52.38±6.16,the average duration is21.52±5.62.There was no significant difference in (P>0.05) theage, sex, course of disease, joint function and X-ray grade of thetwo groups.2.The total effective of treatment group was65%,the other guoupis40%.The difference in the total efficiency of two groups hassignificant difference(P <0.05).3.All the results suggest that the combination of traditionalChinese and Western medicine treatment of RA has better clinicaleffect than western medicine control group in the change of la-boratory indicators（the treatment group has significantly changethan the control group in time of morning stiffness,joint tend-erness, swelling,ESR, CRP, RF,P <0.05）and safety assess.Conclusion:The two all have curative effect in the treatment of RA.But thetreatment group has a rapid onset and less adverse reaction thancontrol group.The treatment with Combination of Chinese and westernmedicine is safe and feasible, which worthy of clinicalapplication.
