The Clinical Study Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Laser Treatment On Simple Obesity

Purpose:Study the clinical curative effect and function mechanism of simple obesity by Electroacupuncture combined with laser treatment.Methods:60 cases of simple obesity are randomly divided into Electroacupuncture group, Electroacupuncture combined with laser group.After the three courses of treatment, watch the changes in waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference,BMI,FAT,VFA and Leptin,ApoE For statistical analysis.Result:After the treatment,the levers of the two groups'waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, BMI, FAT, VFA, leptin obviously decrease than before (P<0.05). The two groups'total effective rates are 76% and 80%,and the Electroacupuncture combined with laser group is slightly higher than the other.The Electroacupuncture combined with laser group's changes in waist circumference, FAT and VFA are obvious than the Electroacupuncture group's, and the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).So we think that the Electroacupuncture combined with laser group is superior to the Electroacupuncture group in lowering the waist circumference, FAT and VFA. The differences in the other aspects are not obvious.Conclusion:Both the Electroacupuncture and the Electroacupuncture combined with laser are effective treatments for simple obesity. The Electroacupuncture combined with laser group's changes in waist circumference, FAT and VFA are obvious than the Electroacupuncture group's,and the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).
