The Effect Of Electroacupuncture Intervention Time On The Clinical Efficacy Of Simple Obesity

Research objective:By comparing before and after the treatment of body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,BMI,the change of the VFA and other indicators,to observe the curative intervention time influence the clinical curative effect of simple obesity,and the curative effect of electric acupuncture and hand needle treatment of simple obesity,provide reference for optimization of acupuncture weight loss plan.Research methods:In simple obesity patients 60 cases in this study,half the 30 patients with electric acupuncture group and the entire electric acupuncture group,half the curative group of patients from nanjing university of Chinese medicine national physician weight loss clinic,including the entire group of patients from jiangsu province hospital of acupuncture weight loss clinic.Including the entire group of patients after the first and second course of acupuncture needling,abdominal day pivot,chung wan,qi hai,combined with cupping with pulse,the XS-998 series photoelectric instrument,select the density wave,the strength in patients can be tolerated,for degrees,30 min,retaining needle without twisting turning during needle;Half one course of electric acupuncture group with common acupuncture,during every 10 min twist turned needle,with electric acupuncture group as the second course in the days after acupuncture needling pivot,chung wan,qi hai,combined with cupping with pulse,residual cavity once every 10 min twist turned needle.The two groups of patients were treated with a total of 30min,the next day,3 times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,two groups of clinical efficacy were compared after two courses of continuous treatment,and the statistical analysis was applied.SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the collected data,andP<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Research results:Two groups of patients with gender,age,course of the disease,obesity,obesity,and before and after treatment body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,circumference,body mass index(BMI),obesity,body fat percentage(A%)?(F%)by the statistical analysis of no statistical significance.Clinical curative effect:after two courses of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,half on weight loss effect of electric acupuncture group effective rate was 86.67%,90.00%efficient electric acupuncture group,after statistics analysis with statistical significance(P<0.05);In clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation,half the curative group cure rate was 36.67%,including the entire group cure rate was 6.67%,after statistics analysis with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that no significant differences in weight loss effect of two groups of patients,to ease and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,including half group curative effect is better than that of the whole electric acupuncture group.Obesity indicators:two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment,comparison:in the group after treatment weight,waistline,hip circumference,circumference,waist hip ratio,BMI,A%,F%were significantly lower than before treatment,A statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating whether hand twist needle or electricity for simple obesity patients have good curative effect;Group comparison:between the two groups before treatment and after treatment no significant statistical differences between each index(P>0.05),various index difference before and after treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05),shows that the two groups overall treatment effect,no significant differences.Half the curative group of patients after one course of treatment the index decline in value,compared with the second course of lower value,weight,BMI,waist and buttock contrast with statistical significance(P<0.05),no statistical significance,F%?A%,hand twist as the second course injection plus cupping therapy is superior to pure hand twist pin one course of treatment.Research conclusions:The hand twist needle and electricity have good curative effect on the treatment of simple obesity.The intervention time of electro-acupuncture has no obvious effect on the clinical efficacy of simple obesity.For patients with simple obesity,the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture plus hand twist is superior to that of simple electro-acupuncture.
