Objective:To investigate the joint YangXinâ…¡and conventional western medicine treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods:Forty patients with congestive heart failure were randomly selected and divided into treatment group of 20 cases, the control group of 20 cases and the conventional western medicine treatment based on the YangXinâ…¡.Clinical evaluation after 4 weeks of treatment.Observed before and after treatment were compared between the two groups'left ventricular ejection fraction(EF), BNP and blood tesets, Urine, Stool examination, conventional liver function, renai function and other laboratory tests, observation of the patient's heart function class(NYHA), symptoms and Signs before and after treatment, the changes judge its efficacy and safety.Results:Treatment group in patients with congestive heart failure and the efficacy of symptom scores was significantly higher (P<0.05); treatment group in improving the efficacy of cardiac function was significantly higher (P<0.05); two groups left ventricular ejection fraction in patients after treatment (EF) and BNP were improved (P<0.01), and the targets of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.01; P<0.05); before and after treatment the blood urine, stool, and liver and kidney function did not change, There were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1. YangXinâ…¡has a constant effect on the congestive heart failure patients in the Clinical practice:it could relieve the symptoms and signs of congestive heart failure caused by different kings of basic heart diseases, without any side-effects and toxicity.2. YangXinâ…¡can effectively improve the systolic function and diastolic function of the left ventricular and then improved the supply of blood of the organic body and relieve the symptoms caused by the, lack of blood supply.3. The mechanism of YangXinâ…¡could be that it put down the contents of BNP in the blood plasma by regulating neuroendocring factors and in this way it could protect the wentriculomegal cells and improve heart function.
