Objective:To observe Shengmaisan Tinglizi Xiefei jujube decoction on chronic congestive heart failure clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:68 patients with chronic congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups (n=64), the control group received conventional treatment;treatment group in Western conventional treatment based on the service Shengmaisan Tinglizi jujube Xiefei decoction.Results:The total effect of TCM syndromes comparison:the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shengmaisan Tinglizi Xiefei jujube decoction before significant improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, and signs; improve heart function, significantly decreased plasma BNP levels; and good long-term efficacy, can improve quality of life of patients.
